Sample answers

1

Do you often use earphones?

Yes, pretty much every single day. I rely on them heavily during my morning commute on the train because they help me block out background noise and relax before I get to work.

2

What do you usually listen to with your earphones?

Most of the time, I listen to history podcasts or upbeat pop tracks. If I'm going for a jog in the local park, I always put on fast-paced music to keep my energy up.

3

Do you prefer wired or wireless earphones?

Definitely wireless ones. I used to get so frustrated with cables getting tangled up in my coat pocket. Wireless ones give me much more freedom of movement, especially when I'm doing household chores.

4

Did you use earphones often when you were younger?

Not really, to be honest. When I was a child, I only used bulky over-ear headphones occasionally when playing games on the family computer. Small in-ear ones weren't nearly as common back then.

5

Do you think you will buy a new pair of earphones soon?

Probably not, as my current pair is still in tip-top condition. The battery life is great, and unless I end up misplacing them somewhere, I'll happily stick with them for another couple of years.

Details are invented. Use the shape, not the sentences: examiners mark memorised answers down.
