Do you drink milk often?
Yes, pretty much every day, mostly because I can't start my morning without a splash of milk in my black tea. Occasionally, I'll also pour some over a bowl of porridge or muesli before heading out to work.

To be honest, I usually go for semi-skimmed cow's milk because it hits the right balance, it's not too watery, but not overly heavy either. Though recently, I've started dabbling in oat milk when I make coffee, which is surprisingly creamy.
Definitely, yes. My parents were convinced it would make me grow taller and give me stronger bones, so I had to finish a warm glass every evening before bed. I wasn't always keen on the taste back then, but I drank it anyway.
Yes, it's a huge staple. People use dairy daily in hot drinks, baking, and traditional desserts. In recent years, though, alternative options like soya and almond milk have really taken off among younger folks in big cities.
I reckon so, mainly because people are becoming far more health-conscious and concerned about animal welfare and the environment. As dairy-free options get cheaper and tastier, I imagine more households will make the switch permanently.
