Score Report ఏమి చూపుతుంది
ఐదు సంఖ్యలు: ఒక overall స్కోర్, ప్రతి communicative skillకు ఒకటి; అన్నీ 10–90 Global Scale of English పై (Pearson). దానితో పాటు ఎనిమిది skill areas, study సూచనలతో Skills Profile వస్తుంది. ఈ profile మీకు మాత్రమే; సంస్థలకు ఎప్పుడూ పంపరు.
Enabling skills ఇక చూపరు. Skills Profile వచ్చినప్పుడు November 2021లో Pearson వాటిని తీసేసింది (Pearson); కాబట్టి అవి 2025 మార్పుల్లో భాగం కావు. Pronunciation, fluency, grammar, vocabulary వంటివి ప్రతి ప్రశ్నలో మీ స్కోర్‌ను ఇంకా ప్రభావితం చేస్తాయి; వేరే సంఖ్యలుగా ముద్రించరు అంతే.

Respond to a Situation, Summarize Group Discussion అనే రెండు కొత్త speaking tasks 7 August 2025 నుంచి అమలవుతాయని Pearson ప్రకటించింది. పాత 20 ప్రశ్న రకాలు, వాటి సమయాలు మారలేదు; మొత్తం 22 రకాలు. ఒక పరీక్షలో 65 నుంచి 75 ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయని Score Guide చెబుతుంది. స్కోరింగ్ మార్పు double marking. ఏడు రకాల్లో (Describe Image, Retell Lecture, Respond to a Situation, Summarize Group Discussion, Summarize Written Text, Write Essay, Summarize Spoken Text) content కు AI, human expert ఇద్దరూ స్కోర్ ఇస్తారు. భిన్నాభిప్రాయం వస్తే రెండో మనిషి నిర్ణయిస్తారు. Write Essay లో development, structure and coherence, general linguistic range కు కూడా human review ఉంటుంది. Humans ఎప్పుడూ pronunciation, oral fluency స్కోర్ చేయరని, raters జవాబును మాత్రమే చూస్తారని, Score Report ఫార్మాట్, ధర, రెండు రోజుల ఫలితాలు మారలేదని Pearson 2025 changes FAQ చెబుతుంది.

Integrated ప్రశ్నలు ఒకేసారి రెండు నైపుణ్యాలకు లెక్కకు వస్తాయి; కాబట్టి బలహీనమైన Repeat Sentence, listening, speaking రెండింటినీ దెబ్బతీస్తుంది. ఈ పట్టిక Part 1 (సుమారు 76–84 నిమిషాలు) కోసం Score Guide స్కోరింగ్ ప్రమాణాల నుంచి వచ్చింది.
Reading (ఐదు రకాలు), Listening (ఎనిమిది రకాలు) ప్రతి సరైన itemకు పాయింట్లు ఇస్తాయి. Multiple Choice, Multiple Answers, Highlight Incorrect Words లో ప్రతి తప్పు ఎంపికకు ఒక పాయింట్ తీసేస్తారు, కనీసం సున్నా. Listeningలో Summarize Spoken Text, Write from Dictation writingకు కూడా, Highlight Correct Summary, Highlight Incorrect Words readingకు కూడా లెక్కకు వస్తాయి.

Content, form gates; overall ఎందుకు సగటు కాదు
కొన్ని items ఒక పాయింట్‌కు సరి లేదా తప్పు. మరికొన్ని content, form, pronunciation, oral fluency, grammar, vocabulary వంటి లక్షణాలపై partial credit వాడతాయి. Content, form gates లాగా పని చేస్తాయి: వీటిలో ఒకదానిలో సున్నా వస్తే మొత్తం జవాబుకు సున్నా. Score Guide ఉదాహరణలు: వేరే topic పై essay, 120 పదాల కంటే తక్కువ essay, బట్టీ పట్టిన విషయంతో కట్టిన జవాబులు; ఇవి సంబంధం లేనివిగా లెక్కిస్తారు. Describe Imageలో ముందు content కు స్కోర్ ఇస్తారు; అది దాటిన జవాబుకే తరువాత pronunciation, fluency స్కోర్ వస్తుంది.
Overall మొత్తం పరీక్షలోని ప్రశ్నల స్కోర్లు, కష్టం, weighting ను లెక్కలోకి తీసుకుంటుందని Pearson overall score వివరణ (September 2026) చెబుతుంది; కాబట్టి నాలుగు స్కోర్ల సగటు సాధారణంగా అదే సంఖ్య ఇవ్వదు. Pearson score bands ప్రకారం CEFR లో 76–84 C1, 85–90 C2.
తరచుగా అడిగే ప్రశ్నలు
PTE overall స్కోర్ నాలుగు నైపుణ్యాల సగటా?+
కాదు. అది పరీక్షలోని ప్రతి ప్రశ్న, దాని కష్టం, weighting ఆధారంగా ఉంటుందని Pearson చెబుతుంది, కాబట్టి సాధారణ సగటుకు అరుదుగానే సమానం అవుతుంది.
PTE score reportలో enabling skills ఇంకా ఉన్నాయా?+
లేవు. November 2021లో వాటిని తీసేసి, మీకు మాత్రమే కనిపించే Skills Profile పెట్టారు.

లేదు. Pronunciation, oral fluency ఎప్పుడూ AI మాత్రమే స్కోర్ చేస్తుందని Pearson చెబుతుంది.
PTE స్కోర్ మళ్లీ పరిశీలించుకోవచ్చా?+
అవును. Rescore USD 160; ఫలితం వచ్చిన 14 రోజుల్లోపు phone ద్వారా అడగాలి. మనిషి మొత్తం పరీక్షకు మళ్లీ స్కోర్ ఇస్తారు; స్కోర్ పెరగవచ్చు లేదా తగ్గవచ్చు.
