ACG test rules
The undergraduate page sets both an overall 125 and a floor of 115 in every subscore. It gives no validity period or sending instruction for Duolingo.
Graduation from an English-speaking secondary school or programme can qualify you for the WP1010 writing course without a test.
For comparison, the undergraduate page asks for IELTS Academic 6.5 where it asks for Duolingo 125.

If your Duolingo score is below 125
If you cannot provide any listed proof, ACG says you will take the English Placement Test it administers. At graduate level, the test result places students into the English for Academic Purposes Program or Writing Program before graduate study.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your ACG programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
