What IELTS score do you need for Amity University Dubai?

For undergraduates, IELTS 4.0 to 4.9 allows a non-credit English remedial course plus two General Education courses, and 3.0 to 3.9 the Intensive English course plus one, each needing a 2.0 CGPA in semester 1 to avoid probation. Below 3.0, students take Intensive English only.

Master's students admitted conditionally must reach EmSAT 1400 or equivalent by the end of their first semester, taking at most six regular credit hours; those who do not get one extra semester on probation. Amity Dubai ties these equivalents to tests "approved by the CAA". An English-medium bachelor's can exempt you, subject to admissions vetting.

Amity Dubai's admission page does not name CBSE, CISCE, Indian state boards or Pakistani boards, so whether yours counts as a "non-MoE curriculum taught in English" is for admissions to confirm. Business and humanities degrees also need a 60% high school average, and the Business School asks for mathematics proof such as EmSAT Achieve Mathematics 600.

The Amity University Foundation Programme is described as designed for American or British curriculum graduates who can speak, read and write basic English sentences; the admission page says five O levels, IGCSEs, GCSEs, WAECs or the IBCP make you eligible. No IELTS score is stated for it.
