Anderson English scores by level
From Anderson's international undergraduate page and international graduate page. Both use the same list and an overall IELTS score only.

Other ways to meet the requirement
Completing ELS level 112 or Agape level 5 counts. Undergraduates can also use graduation from a high school where English is the main language of instruction, or two full-time semesters at an accredited US institution with two English composition courses at C or higher (online composition courses are not accepted).
Graduate applicants can use graduation from a university where English was the language of instruction. Scores must be sent directly by the testing agency.

I-20 and how to check
Anderson says I-20s are issued within two to three days once you are accepted and have sent your passport, bank statement and sponsorship form. The graduate page says there are no scholarships or assistantships for international graduate applicants.
