Who is exempt
English native speakers, students who completed their higher education in English and graduates of master's programmes in Belgium do not need to submit proof. AMS says the admission committee may still ask for a test based on how you perform in the admission interview, where English is one of the things assessed.
So an English-medium bachelor's from India, Pakistan or Nigeria can replace a test, but your spoken English in the interview still counts.

Academic background and how to check
Candidates from outside a Flemish institution need a master's degree or a 3 or 4-year bachelor's from a recognised institution. The Master in Maritime and Air Transport Management asks non-EU/EEA candidates for a master's or a four-year academic bachelor's, and the Master in Finance and Investments expects a background in economics and statistics.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your AMS programme page and in your offer, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Antwerp Management School publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
