Ashland University English requirements by programme
From Ashland's international admissions page. The page notes TOEFL scores are moving from the 0-120 scale to the 1-6 scale in 2027, so both are given.

For graduate admission, Ashland says the listed scores are not the binding criterion. Where a score is borderline, programmes may hold a video interview or set another assessment, and individual colleges or departments may set higher minimums.

Minimum vs competitive score
Where Ashland University publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
