Test rules at BNBU
Both pages say the TOEFL MyBest Score is not accepted. The postgraduate page also rules out the TOEFL iBT Home Edition and says all English test scores are valid for two years from the test date.
On the same pages, BNBU asks IELTS Academic 6.0 overall for undergraduates, and 6.5 with each skill at 5.5 for postgraduates.

If your TOEFL score falls short
Postgraduate applicants can instead submit a certification that their undergraduate degree was taught in English; a master's degree is normally not accepted as proof. If your report is not ready by the deadline, you can apply and add the result later.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your BNBU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
