What Duolingo score do you need for Boston College?

The undergraduate page says Boston College requires non-US citizens to submit TOEFL iBT, IELTS or Duolingo English Test scores, and suggests registering for the Duolingo English Test or TOEFL Home Edition if you cannot reach a test centre. It does not superscore English proficiency exams. First-year applicants can be waived if English is their native language, after at least three years at a US high school (or one in a majority native English speaking country) without ESOL coursework, or with an SAT EBRW score of 650 or an ACT English score of 29 or better.

The Morrissey graduate admission page says Duolingo, TOEFL and IELTS scores are valid from exams taken a maximum of two years before the programme deadline. The Carroll School's English test FAQ says you can waive the requirement yourself in the application if you completed a full degree at an English-language university, or have worked full time after your degree for at least two years in the US or a country where English is an official language. None of the pages read sets a separate Duolingo level for teaching assistantships.

The undergraduate figure is a recommendation rather than a stated cut-off, but both graduate pages describe 130 as required. The pages read do not describe a conditional or pathway route. The undergraduate page encourages an optional InitialView interview as extra evidence of English, though it says this does not replace the proficiency requirement.
