How BGSU handles TOEFL scores
Both pages state that BGSU does not accept the TOEFL MyBest score. Neither page gives a TOEFL institution code or a validity period, so check with the admissions office before you send scores.
For comparison, the undergraduate page sets IELTS at 6.0 and the graduate page sets it at 6.5.

If your TOEFL score is below BGSU's level
Neither page describes conditional admission. Both accept completion of ELS Intensive English for Academic Purposes Level 112 in place of a test score.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your BGSU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
