Waivers
Both pages say students for whom English is not their native language must submit one of the exams unless their undergraduate degree was taught entirely in English, with official documentation.
The undergraduate page adds that applicants who have completed 30 semester hours in the US with a C- or better in EN 101 and EN 102 are waived from English testing.

PTE Online is accepted alongside PTE Academic at the same scores. Some graduate programmes also ask for GRE or GMAT scores.

Minimum vs competitive score
