What Duolingo score do you need for Cal State Dominguez Hills?

The proficiency page says to request that official Duolingo scores be shared with California State University, Dominguez Hills through your online Duolingo account, and that scores are only valid for two years after the test date. It does not set Duolingo subscores or a teaching assistantship level.

Compared with IELTS: CSUDH pairs Duolingo 95 with IELTS 5.5 for undergraduates and Duolingo 105 with IELTS 6.5 for graduate study on the same page.

The proficiency page says undergraduate and graduate applicants who meet every requirement except English may be offered conditional admission through CSUDH's American Language and Culture Program (ALCP). Completing the ALCP earns an English proficiency waiver so you can start your degree in the next available term.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your CSUDH programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
