What PTE score do you need for Cal State Dominguez Hills?

CSUDH accepts a copy of the PTE certificate with the score report code for verification, or official scores sent through your myPTE account. Scores for all listed exams are valid for two years after the test date. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core.

On the same page, IELTS is 5.5 for undergraduates and 6.5 for graduates. Graduate Duolingo is 105, or 120 for the MA in English Literature, but the page gives no separate PTE figure for that program.

Undergraduate and graduate applicants who meet all requirements except English may be offered conditional admission through CSUDH's American Language and Culture Program (ALCP). The page also lists waivers for a comparable US bachelor's degree, a degree from an English-only institution or country, or three full-time years of school or higher education in the US or an English-only country.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your CSUDH programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
