What the terms say
IDP's terms say candidates are not permitted access to the work they produce in the IELTS test. The work remains the property of the IELTS Test Partners and will not be released to candidates or to institutions, except in a suspected malpractice investigation, when it may go to the relevant authorities. The partners keep it for quality control and investigations, and may use anonymised responses for research and training.
You also cannot take anything out of the room. Question papers, Speaking booklets, answer sheets and rough paper must stay in the test room, and anyone who tries to remove them will not receive a result.
Not even after a re-mark
IDP India's FAQ asks whether answer sheets are shown when you opt for a re-mark, and answers no: IELTS answer sheets are confidential and past papers are not released under any circumstances (IDP India FAQ). After an Enquiry on Results you get a new score or confirmation of the old one, not your paper. IDP India adds that once a section has been re-marked, the result is final.

What you can get
IDP India says test takers can download a PDF that explains their scores and gives advice for improvement (IDP India FAQ). For a review, ielts.org says senior examiners re-mark the papers and the fee is fully refunded if your band score changes (ielts.org).
