Pearson's rule
Pearson's help centre says it does not share any content currently used in PTE tests outside a test session, nor samples of responses to those questions, to maintain the security and integrity of its tests (Pearson help centre).
So there is no item-by-item breakdown, recording of your speaking or copy of your essay to download.
What your Score Report does show
The report gives an overall score and Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing scores, each 10–90, plus a Skills Profile with bars for eight skill areas and recommendations based on Global Scale of English learning objectives (PTE Academic FAQ).

To review answers, use practice material. Pearson says its Guided Practice Tests in Smart Prep show sample answers and whether your Reading and Listening answers are correct (PTE Academic FAQ). See also the official Scored Practice Test.

No. Pearson does not share test content or responses after the test.
Can I find out which PTE questions I got wrong?+
No. You get skill scores and a Skills Profile, not an item breakdown.

What if I think my PTE score is wrong?+
You can request a rescore, or a technical review if a technical issue affected speaking.
