What PTE score do you need for Central Michigan University?

Test scores are valid for two years from the test date. The page adds that where a test provides best scores by section, CMU uses a composite built from the highest score in each section. It prints a school code for TOEFL (1106) but none for PTE, and says nothing about PTE Academic Online or PTE Core.

On the same page, IELTS is 6.5 for regular admission. The MS in Administration page asks for IELTS Academic 5.5 for admission with stipulations or 6.5 for regular admission.

The English proficiency page also accepts Michigan English Test 52, ELS Level 112, IB Higher Level English at grade 5, AP English Language or Literature at 4, GCSE or GCE English Language at A or B, SAT EBRW 520, ACT English 21, three years at a US high school, completion of CMU's oral English and writing competency courses, a course of study at an English-medium institution, or 24 or more graded credits with a 2.50 GPA at such an institution.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your CMU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
