Test rules and how to send your score
The catalog says official test scores must arrive directly from the testing source, and that photocopies, faxes, scans and email attachments are not accepted. It does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core, a validity period or a Pearson code.
In the same catalog, IELTS is 6.5 total for undergraduates, and TOEFL iBT is 75. PTE 58 sits in a separate list of other accepted tests alongside MET 59 and EIKEN Pre-1.

If you fall short
The catalog also accepts two years of non-ESL English in a US high school with grades of C, and school-leaving English results such as UK GCSE English at C or better. The graduate page and the Data Science page mention completing an approved University System of Georgia intensive ESL program as an option for graduate applicants.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Clayton State programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
