Test rules and how to send your score
Both pages list Pearson PTE Academic as "conventional and online" at 58, so PTE Academic Online is accepted. PTE Core is not mentioned. The pages print a TOEFL code (5123) but no Pearson code or validity period, so send scores through your Pearson account and confirm receipt.
On the same pages, IELTS is 6.0 overall band score and TOEFL is 69. Duolingo scores are no longer accepted.

If you fall short: conditional admission
Columbus State offers conditional admission to applicants who meet academic requirements but not the English one. Conditionally admitted students take courses in the English Language Institute and must meet the minimum TOEFL or IELTS requirement before taking other courses, and may stay on conditional status for no more than three semesters. The graduate page gives IELTS 4.5 or TOEFL iBT 54 as entry points; no PTE entry point is stated.
