UK GCSE English at C or better, GCE A-level English at C or better, and IGCSE, O level or Edexcel English at D or better are listed. TOEFL Essentials is not accepted.
Graduate applicants are excepted if they hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited US college, or took ENG 1101 and 1102 at a US college with a C or better.

Conditionally admitted students take English Language Institute courses and must meet the full TOEFL or IELTS minimum before taking other courses. A student may stay on conditional status for no more than three semesters. An I-20 is issued only after full admission.
