Concordia University Chicago English requirements by level
From Concordia-Chicago's prospective international students page, which has separate undergraduate and graduate lists. No IELTS band minimums are given.

Exempt countries
Citizens of the listed countries are exempt at both levels. The list includes Australia, Canada (all provinces except Quebec), Ghana, Ireland, Jamaica, Kenya, Nigeria, New Zealand, Sierra Leone, Uganda, the United Kingdom, Zambia and Zimbabwe, among others.
ELS Level 112 or an English Language Institute certificate must come with a recommendation from the programme director. The TOEFL DI code for Concordia-Chicago is 1140.

Timing
The undergraduate admission office asks to receive all documents at least two months before the expected start. Graduate applicants send official, sealed transcripts from each institution where they earned a degree.
