Who needs a Duolingo score

You must submit English scores if your native language is not English or you did not graduate from a high school that taught in English. The test may be waived if you completed at least two years of high school (one year of college coursework for transfers), or attended an American or English international school, an IB programme, or school in a listed country such as Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore.

The catalog page gives no Duolingo subscore floors, validity period or sending instructions.

For comparison, the same chart sets IELTS at 6.5 overall with no section below 6.0 for unconditional admission, 6.5 with a section below 6.0 or 6.0 overall for Bridge, and 5.5 or below for provisional admission.

If your Duolingo score is below 110

Students who have not reached the required level may be admitted provisionally if they enrol in IELI, or until they meet one of the unconditional options. Completing IELI or another accredited English programme can make you eligible for the Bridge programme, and in some cases for unconditional admission with extra documentation.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Creighton programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
