Test rules and how to send your score
The table says all language certificates must be less than two years old and that, in general, home editions are not accepted, so book a test-centre PTE Academic. It does not mention PTE Core or a Pearson code.
In the same table, the B2 IELTS route is 5.5 to 6.5 in each section and the C1 route is 7.0 to 8.0 in each section. PTE sets no per-skill floor.

If you fall short
Holders of a German university entrance qualification with English as an exam subject are exempt at B2 level, but not at C1. The table also accepts Cambridge, CET and LanguageCert certificates. Several English-taught programmes require German at A1 or A2 by enrolment or by the end of studies.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your DIT programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
