Edgewood English proficiency options
From Edgewood's international undergraduate admissions page, Step 3. You prove English proficiency by submitting one of the following.

Other routes and exemptions
The page also accepts a letter of recommendation from an approved ESL instructor at the Wisconsin English Language Institute (WESLI). It says to contact the Center for Global Education if you are unsure whether your country is exempt.

Records, GPA and how to check
If you completed secondary school outside the US, you must submit a general evaluation from an approved international credential evaluation service, such as One Earth International Credential Evaluations, giving a US degree equivalency and a 4.0 GPA conversion. The page asks for a cumulative GPA equivalency of 2.5 or higher.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Edgewood programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Edgewood University publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
