Waivers
For graduate applicants, English testing may be waived after at least two full academic years at a college or university where instruction is primarily in English, or after advanced coursework in Framingham State's English Language Program or an approved partner ESL programme.
Undergraduates need to show proficiency if their education was in a language other than English.

Timing and how to check
The graduate page asks for the approved score to be achieved within the six months before you submit your application. The fall deadline is 1 June at both levels. The IELTS school code is 1904 and the graduate TOEFL code is 3519.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admission cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Framingham State programme page and in your admission letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
