Test rules and how to send your score
The application checklist page says applicants must ask the testing authority to send scores directly to Georgia College and that only official scores are accepted. It prints codes for TOEFL, SAT, ACT and GMAT, but no Pearson institution code. Neither page mentions PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a validity period.
On the applications page, IELTS is 6.0 for undergraduates and 6.5 for graduate study, so PTE 53 sits beside IELTS 6.0 and PTE 58 beside IELTS 6.5.

If you fall short
Undergraduates can also show proficiency through SAT Reading and Writing 480, ACT English 17 or another option approved by the University System of Georgia Board of Regents. The graduate list has TOEFL, IELTS and PTE only. Neither page describes conditional admission or an English pathway.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Georgia College programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
