ICMP Duolingo minimums
From ICMP's English language requirements page. The postgraduate skill minimums are higher than the overall score; that is how the page prints them.

How ICMP handles Duolingo scores
English language tests are valid for a maximum of two years. The page says Cert HE Popular Music Performance and Cert HE Creative Music Production applicants who need a Student Visa must take a Secure English Language Test (SELT).
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS (UKVI or Academic) 5.5 overall with 5.5 in all components for undergraduate degrees.

If your Duolingo score is below the minimum
ICMP says you do not need a test if you are a national of a majority English-speaking country who completed secondary education there, or if you hold a qualification equivalent to a UK degree taught in English and are applying for a degree course. For high school English qualifications, contact enquiries@icmp.ac.uk.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your ICMP programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
