IELTS hind: fees in Estonia
Tallinn University lists its fees on its payment page and UKVI page, with the new prices effective from 1 October 2026; ielts.org's Tallinn page shows the same EUR 260, EUR 282 and EUR 208.

Paying by bank transfer
You register through the British Council's system, then pay by bank transfer to Tallinn University, quoting your IELTS reference number, test date, module and name. You can ask for an invoice before paying, but Tallinn University says it cannot issue one afterwards. Bank transfers are not confirmed instantly, so a payment reminder may arrive while yours is in transit (UKVI page).

Cancellation, transfer and refund rules
Tallinn University's cancellation rules differ from the British Council's usual 75% refund. You can cancel with at least 2 weeks' notice for a EUR 55 fee; later cancellations and no-shows get no refund unless you have medical evidence. You can move your test date once, free, with at least 2 weeks' notice. Other refunds and transfers are at the IELTS administrator's discretion.
