How much is the PTE exam fee in Estonia in 2026?

IELTS costs EUR 260 at Tallinn University, IELTS for UKVI EUR 282 and Life Skills EUR 208 (IELTS fee in Estonia). The refund rules differ more than the prices: Tallinn University keeps EUR 55 even on an early cancellation, while Pearson refunds 100% more than 14 days ahead. Pearson takes cards; Tallinn University takes bank transfer.

Pearson applies the same rules in Estonia as everywhere else (cancellation and rescheduling policy and refund policy). You can reschedule free while more than 14 full calendar days remain, up to six times per booking. Inside 14 days the Reschedule button disappears, so you must cancel and book again: between 14 and 7 full days you get 50% back, and closer than that nothing.

For illness or a family emergency, Pearson may allow a free reschedule if you send the Request Emergency Reschedule form with evidence no later than 72 hours after your appointment; acceptance is at its discretion.

To book, create a myPTE account, choose the test, pick a centre and a slot at least 24 hours ahead, and pay (Pearson's booking guide). Pearson takes credit and debit cards plus Google Pay and Apple Pay, does not accept PayPal, and needs full payment in the currency shown (payment policy). You can sit PTE up to 12 times in any 12 months (retake policy).

PTE Academic is for universities and Australian or New Zealand visas, PTE Academic UKVI for UK visas that need a Secure English Language Test, and PTE Core for Canadian permanent residence. In myPTE you pick the test first, and only centres and slots for that test appear. Take a free PTE mock test first.
