IELTS cena: fees in Serbia by provider
British Council fees are on the ielts.org finder for Serbia and the pages for Digital Heights in Belgrade and the British Council office. The EUR 242 fee is on ielts.org's pages for European Examinations Centre in Belgrade and Novi Sad, which book through IDP. IDP has no Serbian country site.

Paying and the sanctions warning
The British Council's dates page warns that it cannot accept payments from banks under UK or other relevant sanctions and will freeze such payments. Its UKVI page shows RSD 32,300 for IELTS for UKVI, RSD 100 more than ielts.org; pay what the booking screen shows.
Results on computer arrive in 1 to 5 days, and ielts.org lists One Skill Retake at the three British Council venues but not at the two European Examinations Centre venues.

Cancellation, transfer and refund rules
The British Council's Serbian policy gives 75% back 15 or more days before the test and nothing within 14 days. A transfer is free 15 or more days ahead and costs a flat RSD 4,000 between 5 and 14 days. If illness or an emergency stops you on the day, you can apply for special consideration before the test or up to two calendar days after it; if approved you get a transfer or a refund, sometimes minus an admin fee. IELTS for UKVI and Life Skills follow a separate policy. UKVI rules are in its UKVI policy.
IDP has no Serbian policy page; ask European Examinations Centre for its rules before booking. PTE costs USD 260 in Serbia (PTE fee in Serbia).
