Dates and formats
All Serbian venues are computer-based. The British Council's Serbia page runs morning sessions (usually 9.00 to 12.00) and afternoon sessions (usually 13.00 to 16.00), and you choose your Speaking slot. European Examinations Centre venues book through IDP's booking site, linked from their ielts.org pages.
