What IELTS score do physiotherapists need in Canada?

CAPR says all scores must meet the minimum in one sitting, and scores from multiple sittings cannot be combined. The one exception is the IELTS One Skill Retake, which CAPR accepts if it meets the IELTS minimum scores.

The testing agency must send official scores directly to CAPR within two years of the test date. If CAPR receives the result before your application, the result must still be under two years old when the application arrives.

You are exempt if you completed your entry-to-practice physiotherapy education, both classroom and clinical parts, in Australia, France, New Zealand, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States, or if you completed all your primary and secondary schooling in Canada (CAPR language requirement).

CAPR notes that Manitoba's language policy differs in some parts, and encourages you to check with the regulator in the province where you plan to practise.
