NNAS no longer checks your English test
According to the NNAS FAQs, from 14 October 2022 NNAS no longer collects language proficiency test scores. You submit proof of language proficiency directly to the regulator as part of its review, and NNAS tells applicants to check the regulator's website in the province where they intend to practise.

CNO requires the minimum scores for all components in one complete attempt of the test. The exception is an approved single-component option such as IELTS One Skill Retake, which CNO accepts when it is written within 60 days of the original test. Otherwise you retake the full test.
Your evidence must be gained no more than two years before you open your CNO application. CELBAN can be taken online or at a CELBAN administration site. CNO also lets some applicants meet the requirement through nursing education, practice or registration instead of a test.
Other provinces set their own requirements, and we have only verified Ontario here. Regulators change these rules, sometimes at short notice. Confirm the current scores on the CNO page before you book a test.
