What PTE score do you need for Irvine Valley College?

Official exam scores cannot be more than two years old. The page lists the test as Pearson and gives a code only for TOEFL (4773). It does not mention PTE Academic Online or PTE Core.

IELTS needs 4.5 on the same list and TOEFL iBT 52 (3.5 on the new scale), so Pearson 41 is IVC's equivalent to IELTS 4.5.

IVC has agreements with intensive ESL schools to waive testing once you complete a set level, for example Level 5 at American English Language School or Level 6 at AOI College of Languages. Official transcripts or a completion letter are needed.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your IVC programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
