Three-year applicants also send six creative ideas for creative courses or a 700-word trend paper for business courses. Master's applicants send two reference letters, a CV and, for creative programmes, a portfolio. AFAM-validated courses, recognised by Italy's Ministry of University and Research, need 12 years of schooling and must meet ministerial requirements.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Istituto Marangoni programme page and in your offer, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Istituto Marangoni publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
