Test rules and the IELTS comparison
The proof page lists "PTE Academic" only. It accepts the TOEFL iBT Home Edition by name, but says nothing about PTE Academic Online, PTE Core, how old a PTE result may be, or a Pearson code, so ask the Admissions Office before relying on any of those.
On the same page, B2 is IELTS Academic 6.5 with 6.5 in each skill and C1 is IELTS Academic 7.0 with 7.0 in each skill. Both PTE and IELTS routes carry a floor in every skill, so one weak section fails the requirement.

If you fall short
The page also accepts a pass in the supplementary English examination of an Austrian University Preparation Programme, a B2 or C1 certificate from a university language centre in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, or at least four semesters of completed studies in English in the listed countries.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your JKU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
