Kutztown English requirements

Other ways to meet the requirement
You meet the requirement if you reside in a country where English is recognised as an official language. Other formal English reports authorised by a US Embassy or Consulate are considered case by case.
Transfer students who studied at a US institution for one year or more, earned at least 24 credits in courses taught in English (excluding developmental, remedial and ESL work) and have a C or higher in English Composition may ask for the test requirement to be waived.
