How London Met handles TOEFL scores
London Met lists TOEFL iBT including the Home Edition, and the nursing row includes the special home edition. If you hold a conditional offer, you upload an official scan of your certificate and the university verifies it. The pages do not state a MyBest policy, an institution code or a TOEFL validity period.
For comparison, the undergraduate page sets the standard IELTS level at 6.0 with 5.5 in each component.

If your TOEFL score is below London Met's level
London Met runs a Pre-sessional Academic English course for postgraduate entry, aimed at students whose English is just below the requirement for their degree. The pages do not give a TOEFL entry level for it.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your London Met programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
