Loughborough TOEFL minimums by level
From Loughborough's English language requirements page and its undergraduate Higher requirements page, which lists the courses needing a higher English level and gives the same TOEFL figure.

Loughborough TOEFL test rules
English tests must be no more than two years old at the start of the course. The undergraduate Higher page gives the TOEFL DI code as 0815. For postgraduate taught courses, every School requires the University standard except MSc Clinical Exercise Physiology, which sets a higher IELTS level or equivalent; research Schools may ask for more and will say so in the offer letter.
For comparison, the standard page sets IELTS at 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each element.
