What Duolingo score do you need for Louisiana Tech University?

The graduate page says the official Duolingo score must be sent through your Duolingo account and cannot be more than two years old. The undergraduate page lists Duolingo 100 both as proof of English proficiency and for English placement, and notes that PTE is not currently accepted for the Bulldog Scholarship.

Neither page gives a Duolingo level for graduate assistantships.

Compared with IELTS: Louisiana Tech asks for IELTS 6.5 at both levels, alongside Duolingo 100 for undergraduates and 105 for graduate study.

The graduate page also accepts a certificate of completion of ELS Level 112. For undergraduates, the admissions page lists other proficiency routes such as an English-taught high school curriculum, an SAT EBRW score of 500 or an English Accuplacer score of 250.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Louisiana Tech programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
