Test rules and how to send your score

None of the pages mentions PTE Academic Online or PTE Core. The law pages say scores must be received directly from the testing service and are valid for two years from the test date; the SJD page adds that copies sent by applicants are added only as unofficial scores. The undergraduate page asks for official TOEFL, IELTS, PTE or Duolingo scores but does not give a PTE sending method.

On the same pages, undergraduates need IELTS 6.5 against PTE 53, the MS in Data Science lists IELTS 6 against PTE 53, and the law school asks for IELTS 7 with 7 in writing and reading against PTE 75 with no PTE section score set.

If you fall short

Loyola runs the International Conditional Admission Program (ICAP). Students who meet every other requirement but not the English minimum are admitted through ICAP and complete the English Language Learning Program (ELLP); the ICAP page describes this in terms of TOEFL or IELTS scores. The Computer Science graduate admissions page also says applicants below the minimum can be admitted conditionally to ICAP.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Loyola programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
