From the first-year international admission page, the CDM English proficiency page, the Kellstadt international admission page and the LAS graduate international admission page.

Test rules and how to send your score
The first-year and CDM pages say PTE scores are valid for two years and older scores are not accepted. CDM tells applicants to send Pearson scores to DePaul University. None of the pages mentions PTE Academic Online or PTE Core. The first-year page notes that the office does not accept the TOEFL iBT Home Edition, a TOEFL rule rather than a PTE one.
On the same pages, IELTS Academic 6.5 is the equivalent of PTE 53 for first-year applicants, CDM and Kellstadt.

If you fall short
The pages read do not describe a conditional or pathway route with a PTE entry score. CDM says its PhD programmes in Computer and Information Sciences and in Human Centered Design require higher English scores.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your DePaul programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
