What IELTS score do you need for Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS)?

You may be exempt if you earned a US high school diploma or any degree from an accredited US college, or if you have a 2.5 GPA over 30 credit hours at a regionally accredited US institution including set English and maths courses. You may also be exempt as a national of, or with education completed in, a listed country such as Australia, Canada, Ghana, Ireland, Kenya, Nigeria, Singapore, South Africa, Uganda, the UK, Zambia or Zimbabwe. Some departments may still require a test or interview.

Graduate applicants who have held an H1B visa for three or more years can also be exempt. Those without a US credential or a waiver-country background must show three years of US work experience with a CV and a copy of the visa.

International credentials must be evaluated course by course by an AICE or NACES member and sent directly to LSUS Admissions. LSUS names International Education Evaluations and The Evaluation Company as preferred agencies.
