Southeastern English requirements by programme
From the international freshman criteria and international graduate criteria. Both give an overall band only.

Other ways to qualify
Freshmen can also use an Accuplacer Next Generation writing score of 250, and need a 2.35 GPA from a recognised secondary school. For graduate study, any student who has studied in the United States for one full year in an academic programme does not need to take TOEFL or IELTS.
Graduate departments set their own minimums on tests such as the GRE, GMAT or PRAXIS. Neither page lists PTE.

No conditional admission for F-1 graduate students
The graduate page states that conditional admission cannot be offered to international students on F-1 or J-1 visas. F-1 students are also not eligible for online-only programmes, such as the RN to BSN and the BA in Organizational Leadership.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admission cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Southeastern programme page and in your admission letter, so check it there before you book a test.
Minimum vs competitive score
Where Southeastern Louisiana University publishes an IELTS score, it is the minimum: the floor an application has to meet to be considered, not a score that guarantees an offer.
Competitive programmes, and courses with far more applicants than places, may expect more than the minimum, and some departments set their own overall or per-skill scores, often for writing or speaking. The course page has the final word, so check it before you book a test.
