How Massey handles Duolingo scores
Scores are valid for two years from the date you took the test. You can submit a scanned copy of your results, as Massey can verify most results online. Your qualification description says if it needs more than the minimum, and doctoral requirements sit on a separate page.
For comparison, the same page asks for IELTS Academic 6.0 with 5.5 in each band for undergraduate study and 6.5 with 6.0 for sub-doctoral postgraduate study.

If your Duolingo score is below the minimum
Massey's Foundation Certificate (International) and Foundation Certificate (International Accelerate) are designed for students who do not yet meet entry requirements. Its EAP courses accept Duolingo from 80.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Massey programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
