What TOEFL score do you need for Mount Saint Vincent University?

MSVU asks for official score reports when your first language is not English, and the graduate calendar says applicants who do not verify their English with test scores will not be offered admission. Neither page gives an ETS code, a validity period or a MyBest rule.

For comparison, the test score page asks IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0 for undergraduate study and the Bachelor of Education, and 7.0 with no band below 6.5 for graduate study.

If your score is below the minimum, MSVU says you will be offered conditional admission and may complete any English programme at one of its undergraduate pathway partners, such as Apex Language Career College or Atlantic Canada Language Academy. Conditionally admitted graduate students with an IELTS score between 6.5 and 6.9, or the equivalent, must complete the Graduate Preparatory Program, a term-long programme with the International Education Centre plus an undergraduate course, before starting their graduate programme.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your MSVU programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
