What Duolingo score do you need for North Carolina A&T?

The graduate page says official scores should be submitted directly from the testing agency to the Graduate College. TOEFL, IELTS, PTE and Duolingo scores are reportable for two years from the exam date; older scores mean retaking the exam.

The undergraduate page says international students must meet all criteria for unconditional acceptance into a degree programme.

For comparison, the undergraduate page sets IELTS at 6.5 and the graduate page at 6.0, so the graduate Duolingo level is higher while the IELTS level is lower.

Graduate applicants can instead complete ALA or Interlink English Level 5, or a recent course at a CEA-accredited language academy at the level its partner graduate school accepts for unconditional admission. Undergraduates can complete the INTERLINK Language Program at UNCG or the ELS 112 programme.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your NC A&T programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
