What PTE score do you need for Ohio Wesleyan University?

OWU lets you self-report scores and asks for official ones at enrolment. The page does not mention PTE Academic Online, PTE Core, a validity period or a Pearson institution code. The university reserves the right to require extra English instruction on arrival.

IELTS is 6.5 on the same page, so PTE 53 is the PTE route to that level.

OWU says students with lower English proficiency should still apply. If accepted, you may have to take one or two credit-bearing English support courses in your first semester. Waivers cover students from listed English-speaking countries, four years at a secondary school there, and full IB diploma, O Level or A Level students.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Ohio Wesleyan programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
