How Oregon Tech handles Duolingo scores
TOEFL, IELTS and Duolingo scores must be sent officially by the test company to the Office of Admissions in Klamath Falls. The page's only date rule for Duolingo is that the test must be from 2019 or later.
It gives no Duolingo subscore rule.

If your Duolingo score is below Oregon Tech's level
Oregon Tech does not currently offer an English language proficiency programme; applicants must complete ESL elsewhere first. Completion of Level 112 at an ESL Language Center, or a B or better in WR 121 at an accredited US college, is accepted instead of a test.
