Test rules and how to send your score

Park asks students to request an official electronic score sent directly from the testing company through its portal. The graduate admission requirements page lists TOEFL, IELTS and Duolingo but not PTE, so confirm with admissions before relying on the 59 on the proficiency page. No page mentions PTE Academic Online, PTE Core or a validity period.

On the proficiency page IELTS is 6.0 for undergraduates and 6.5 for graduates, so PTE 53 sits beside IELTS 6.0 and PTE 59 beside IELTS 6.5.

If you fall short

You can instead submit an ESL completion certificate from an accredited US centre, such as ELS Level 112 or The Language Company Advanced Proficiency Level 9, or show 24 non-ESL credit hours from a regionally accredited US institution. Students from Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria are exempt from the test.

Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your Park programme page and in your offer letter, so check it there before you book a test.
